Spring Break Meal Service Update

Turlock Unified School District as the food service provider for KEYES Union School District via their Child Nutrition program is offering Emergency Meals during spring break. Meals will be offered to ALL children 18 years old and younger.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

The health and wellbeing of our students and employees are a top priority, and Keyes Union School District recognizes the importance of a proactive response. This webpage provides information and resources to keep our community updated on the latest coronavirus (COVID-19) developments.

Education Continues Though Campuses are Closed

The upcoming school suspension/closure is a tad of a misnomer for an independent charter school such as Keyes to Learning. The education of your child is important and so is the health and safety of your child.
Even though our students are not on campus, school will be in session. The KTL staff have been busy printing off work packets, reviewing course syllabi and preparing work to be accomplished via Google Classroom or other electronic means. However, speech and special education services will not be available.

Child Nutrition Menu Options

We have been working to provide meal services to our students and I am happy to share that we will indeed be able to have food brought in to a bus stop in Keyes. The Turlock School District have truly make this possible for us and we appreciate them. We are very happy to inform you that we will begin providing meals to our students in the community starting on Wednesday, March 25 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the corner of 10th Street and Esmail. The meals will be provided to any student age 18 and under. The student must be present when picking up the meal. The meal will include breakfast for the following day and lunch. Meals will continue to also be offered at both the Turlock and Ceres campuses sites we previously shared with you.

Intramural Sports At KTL

A big shout out to Ms. Marie and her team as they lead intramural sports on the Core Academy Campus. Each day during lunch recess you will find a team of students competing and a team of referees running the game. Students do the work, under the tutelage of Ms. Marie to take sign ups, assign teams, schedule games, keep track of scores and present awards. As the seasons change, so do the sports...flag football, soccer, and knockout to name a few. This is a great opportunity for teamwork, exercise and organization engaging so many students. Thanks Ms. Marie for making KTL a great place to be!
